Copyright of each image is owned by Jeff Maynard. Digital rights are held by Jeff Maynard. By using the images the Purchaser agrees to adhere to the following terms:

1. Jeff Maynard grants the Purchaser a non transferable, non exclusive right to use the Digital Content (the downloaded picture(s)).

2. Purchaser agrees not to resell any image(s) or to make the Digital Content available for purchase, distribution or download.

3. Purchaser may use the Digital Content to illustrate sales or marketing materials, to illustrate books, to illustrate magazine or newspaper articles, to illustrate magazine or newspaper advertisements, or to illustrate a web site; the Digital Content must not be used for any purpose that is pornographic or defamatory in any way. The Digital Content must not be used in any manner that suggests endorsement by Porsche AG unless that has been explicitly granted by Porsche AG.

5. Purchaser agrees to use the images as provided or with minor changes. Minor changes are considered changes in scale, color, density, cropping and using images in montages; in addition minor change includes the removal of vehicle licence plate details.

6. Any other changes are considered major changes and are expressly prohibited. Major changes are unauthorized derivative works and are infringements on the moral rights of the artist. Major changes are prohibited unless expressly agreed in advance by Jeff Maynard.
