Firstly decide if you are a COMMERCIAL or NON-Commercial user: a Commercial user will be intending to use one or more images in a publication (book, magazine, newspaper etc) or on a commercial website. A NON-commercial user will be intending to use one or more images purely for personal use (including on a personal web site).

If you intend to print or publish from one or more images, you will need to purchase and download either a 300 DPI image (for maximum resolution) or a 200 DPI image (for medium resolution) - 300 DPI images are only available at COMMERCIAL pricing; 200 DPI images are available at. COMMERCIAL and NON-Commercial pricing.

If you intend to use one or more images for web, email or screensaver use only, then you can purchase and download a 72 DPI image - 72 DPI images are available in COMMERCIAL and NON-Commercial pricing. NOTE: 72 DPI images do not look very good when printed (except when printed very small).
